TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing up with Boynton Laundromart and opening your online account, you agree to the following terms and conditions; These terms and conditions are subject to change and though we try to keep our customers as up to date as much as possible with any changes, it is the responsibility of you, the customer, to review these terms prior to purchase of any services. You also agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

DAMAGED LAUNDRY
We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do. All laundering processes cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble. Cleaning laundry also creates other risks. We do not individually examine every garment prior to placing it in the laundry. We sort your laundry in order to provide the best service possible.  However, we can’t be held responsible for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching). Loss or damage to items within your order is limited to $12 per item or $50 for the entire order.  By using our services you agree to these limits.

POCKETS
You are responsible for emptying all pockets. We do our best to check your pockets prior to washing but we can’t be responsible if something left in your laundry (like a cell phone, lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. We will also do our best to find and return items that you accidentally left in your pockets.  But we can’t guarantee that we will find them.

LOST LAUNDRY
We do not assume responsibility for lost laundry.  Because laundry is processed by the load, and not “per item”, we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we received any particular piece of laundry in the first place. Rest assured though, we carefully track your clothes. For instance, we tag all our bags and loads with your name/order number, and that tag travels with your laundry to ensure all items are returned. If you are not 100% pleased with our services, if any of your items are missing, or to report any damage to your garments, you must contact us at 561-660-8502 within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date and time. Unfortunately, after this period, no refunds will be given or claims responded to.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Due to the unpredictability of weather conditions at certain times of the year, we reserve the right to make any pickup or delivery cancellations for the safety of the drivers. Contact will be made with the customer as soon as possible so that a future pickup/delivery may be made. All attempts will be made to honor the original pickup and delivery times before resorting to a schedule change.

PAYMENT
All new accounts are set up with credit cards for auto-payment and will be charged after cleaning and before laundry is returned. Auto-payment takes the hassle out of collecting money and makes it easier on your side as well.
